The ladies of the normal have organized a ball nine and expect to be the
champions before the season closes. Positions as near as we can learn are as
follows: Bertha MATHIAS, pitcher; Fannie MIZE, catcher; Kitty CORBY, 1st base;
Nettie HUMPHREY, 2nd base; Ethel CARR, 3rd base; June HARPER, right field; Edith
BAUGH, left field; Nellie HOWARD, shortstop; and Captain Mamie REID, center field.
