H.W. Lawhead Dead.
Thursday night of last week the life of H.W. LAWHEAD, brother of our worthy
citizen, T.J. Lawhead, became extinct. He was a man who had seen a great deal of
the world having mined in the gold regions of California and Colorado. By
profession he was a physician. A few weeks ago he contracted a severe cold which
developed into other troubles and caused his death. Deceased was 63 year old and
leaves one son, Hiland, who has the sympathy of all in his sorrow. 
Funeral was held Saturday and the remains buried in the Oak Lawn cemetery at
this place.
