Last Friday night Mrs. Hannah SEAMAN, who had been ill for some time, died at
her home northeast of LaCygne. On Sunday funeral services were held at the
Christian church by Elder WICKHAM, after which the remains were buried in the
Oak Lawn cemetery. Mrs. SEAMAN was a good pure woman and in her loss our
community loses a character whose elevating presence was ever felt. She leaves a
husband and one child.
