The Centerville Echo, Linn County, Thursday, March 26, 1906
A nice quiet wedding took place on Saturday evening, March 24, 1906, at the home
of Mr. and Mrs. J.F. TALBERT, when their daughter, Ollie, was united in marriage
to Mr. J.M. BURTON, of Virginia.
At 8 o'clock while her sister played the Wedding March they entered the parlor
where immediate relatives were in waiting.
After the singing of a solo by the brides sister, the Rev. D.M. Pentz of
Centerville, performed the ceremony. After congratulations were extended all
were invited to the dining room where a fine supper was waiting.
