FRAZIER, of Monument, formerly of Elkader, are the parents of a fine girl, born about two weeks ago. We are informed that Mr. and Mrs. Frank HOLMES, of Monument township, are the parents of a fine girl, born Friday, March 6. A family named HAIR, living in Kiowa county, became the parents of a girl the other day and named her Alliance.
