S. land office at WaKeeney, Kansas, on July 23, 1890, viz: Charles E. BURNS homestead application No. 10677 for the northwest quarter section 6, township 11 south, range 33 west. He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and cultivation of said land, viz: Samuel HARPER, John H. PARKER, Jr., Lemon H. PARKER, Daniel F.
