Land office at WaKeeney, Kan.      No.  5549     June 7, 1890

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of  
his intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof  
will be made before the register and receiver of U. S. land office at 
WaKeeney, Kansas, on July 23, 1890, viz: 

Charles E. BURNS homestead application No. 10677 for the northwest quarter  
section 6, township 11 south, range 33 west. 

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and  
cultivation of said land, viz: 

Samuel HARPER, John H. PARKER, Jr., Lemon H. PARKER, Daniel F. FRANKS, all  
of Monument, Kan.  30    --Lee MONROE, Register




Land office at WaKeeney, Kan.      No.  5546     June 7, 1890

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of  
his intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof  
will be made before the register and receiver of U. S. land office at Wa 
Keeney,  (sic) Kansas, on July 23, 1890, viz: 

Lemon H. PARKER homestead application No. 7823 for the northwest quarter 
section 4, township 11 south, range 33 west. 

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and  
cultivation of said land, viz: 

Charles E. BURNS, Samuel HARPER, William J. BROWN all of Monument, Kansas,  
Benjamin F. GEISINGER, of Oakley, Kansas.   30    --Lee  MONROE, Register

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of  
his intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof  
will be made before the register and receiver of U. S. land office at 
WaKeeney, Kansas, on July 23, 1890, viz: 

Samuel HARPER homestead application No. 7824 for the southwest quarter  
section 32, township 10 south, range 33 west. 

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and  
cultivation of said land, viz: 

Lemon H. PARKER, John H. PARKER, Jr., William J. NEIL, Eli CRONIN, all of  
Monument, Ks.  30    --Lee MONROE, Register

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of  
his intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof  
will be made before the register and receiver of U. S. land office at 
WaKeeney, Kansas, on July 23, 1890, viz: 

John H. PARKER, Jr. homestead application No. 7822 for the northwest  quarter 
section 10, township 11 south, range 33 west. 

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and  
cultivation of said land, viz: 

Samuel HARPER, Charles E. BURNS, William J. BROWN, all of Monument,  Kan., 
Benjamin F. GEISINGER, of Oakley, Kansas.   30     --Lee MONROE, Register
