George gave vent to his great joy by placing a box of cigars on tap. You should have seen the old duffers smoke who think of the like only upon an occasion of free cigars. Your scribe was utterly disgusted and so took only two when the box was passed to him. But then, you know, someone must pay me for reporting the news."
