NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION, 

Land Office at WaKeeney, Kan.     No. 5305
    March 3, 1890. 

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his 
intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that final proof in 
support of his claim and that said proof will be made before the clerk of the 
district court of Logan county, Kans, at Russell Springs, Kans., on April 28, 
1890, viz:

Jacob A. FLOOK, preemption declaratory statement No. 15266 for the northeast 
1/4 of section 24, in township 14 south, range 32 w.

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and 
cultivation of said land, viz: 

Elam JOHNSON, Jerry CURTISS, Samuel CURTISS, Henry UPFOLD, all of Elkader, 
Kansas.
    16          Lee MONROE, Register.
