Oakley GRAPHIC, Oakley, Logan County, Kansas; March 21, 1890 March 21, 1890

NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION.

Land Office at WaKeeney, Kan.,     No. 5338
     March 15, 1890.

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his 
intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof will 
be made before the judge of the district court of Logan county, Kas., or in his 
absence before the clerk of said court at Russell Springs, Kansas, on May 5, 
1890, viz:

John W. FIELDS homestead application No. 12338 for the southwest quarter of 
section 22, in township 12 south, range 33 west. 

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and 
cultivation of said land viz.

Amos T. SWAN, C. McNAY, both of Monument Kansas, David McCOMB, of Oakley, Ks, 
Jacob TAYLOR, of Monument, Kansas. 

    18             Lee MONROE, Register
