NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION.

Land Office at WaKeeney, Kan.,     No. 5333
     March 15, 1890. 

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his 
intention to make final proof in support of his intention to make final proof 
in support of his claim and that said proof will be made befor (sic) the judge 
of the district court of Logan county, Kansas, or in the absence before the 
clerk of said court at Russell Springs, Kansas, on May 2, 1890, viz:

Charlie J. PETERSON homestead application No. 7675 for the southwest quarter of 
section 2 in township 11 south, range 34 west. 

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and 
cultivation of said land, viz: 

Homer BEARNES, William NICKELL, George E. ROZELL, William J. NEIL, all of 
Monument, Kas. 
     18          --Lee MONROE, Register
