NOTICE OF ATTACHMENT.

First State Bank of Russell Springs, Kansas, Plaintiff}
vs
Dennis BREEDLOVE and Wm TAYLOR, Defend's              }

Before W. L. CAMP a Justice of the Peace of Oakley township, in Logan county, 
Kansas. 

Said defendant Dennis BREEDLOVE, is hereby notified that on the 14th day of 
April, A. D. 1890, an order of attachment for the sum of one hundred and three 
dollars ($103) was issued by the above named Justice of the Peace against his 
goods in the above entitled action and that said case will be heard on the 21st 
day of June, A. D. 1890, at 10 o'clock A. M.
