Land Office, WaKeeney, Kan., No. 11842. March 10, 1890 Complaint having been entered at this office by Goodlow M. BROYLES against the unknown heirs and legal representatives of William GARRITY, deceased, for failure to comply with law as to timber culture entry No. 10191 dated October 21, 1886, upon the northeast quarter of section 12, township 18 south, range 32 west, in Logan county, Kansas, with a view to the cancellation of said entry; contestant alleging that said hairs and legal representatives of said party, deceased, have failed to cultivate the second five acres of said tract or cause the same to be done during the third year of said entry, that they ave failed to plant the first five acres of said tract to trees, seeds or cuttings or cause the same to be done during the third year of said entry, and that said failure still exists, the said parties are hereby summoned to appear at this office on the 10th day of May, 1890, at 9 o'clock A.
