Land Office,} WaKeeney, Kan., } April 15, 1891. } No. 12228. Complaint having been entered at this office by George HAHN against Henry HAHN for failure to comply with law as to Timber Culture Entry No. 10019, dated August 20, 1886, upon the northwest quarter section 14, township 12 range 32 west, in Logan county, Kansas, with a view to the cancellation of said entry contestant alleging that Henry HAHN has wholly failed to plant the second five acres of said tract of land to trees, seeds or cuttings, or cause the same to be done during the third or fourth year since making said entry, and that said failure still exists, the said parties are hereby summoned to appear at this office on the 15th day of June 1891, at 2 o'clock P.
