The Oakley GRAPHIC, Oakley, Kansas; August 1, 1890 August 1, 1890

Land office at WaKeeney, Kan.,     No. 5687    July 28, 1890

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his 
intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof will 
be made before the register and receiver of U. S. land office at WaKeeney, Kan. 
on September 15, 1890, viz: 

Henry L. HUNSBERGER homestead application No. 8742 for he northwest quarter 
section 24, township 10 south, range 33 west. 

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and 
cultivation of said land, viz:

Joseph W. LIGHT and Jacob F. LIGHT of Oakley, Kan. John A. TRAVIS and John W. 
SMITH, of Monument, Kan.
--Lee MONROE, Register
