The Oakley GRAPHIC, Oakley, Kansas; August 1, 1890 August 1, 1890

Land office at WaKeeney, Kan.,    No. 5732     July 31, 1890

Notice is hereby given that the following name settler has filed notice of her 
intention to make final proof in support of her claim and that said proof will 
be made before the register and receiver of U. S. land office at WaKeeney, Kan. 
on September 9, 1890, viz

Margaret HARPER, homestead application No. 8566 for the northeast quarter 
section 32, township 10 south, range 32 west. 

She names the following witnesses to prove her continuous residence upon and 
cultivation of said land, viz: 

Egbert O. HOLENBECK, George FISHER, William WILLSON, Conrad C. HESS, all of 
Oakley, Kan.
--Lee MONROE, Register
