The Oakley GRAPHIC, Oakley, Kansas; August 1, 1890 August 1, 1890

Land office at WaKeeney, Kan.,     No. 5733     July 31, 1890

Notice is hereby given that the following nmed settler has filed notice of her 
intention to make final proof in support of her claim and that said proof will 
be made before the register and receiver of U. S. land office at WaKeeney, Kan. 
on September 9, 1890, viz: 

Allie FOX homestead application No. 8568 for the southwest quarter section 28, 
township 10 south, range 32 west. 

She names the following witnesses to prove her continuous residence upon and 
cultivation of said land viz:

Egbert O HOLENBECK, George FISHER, William WILLSON, Conrad C. HESS, all of 
Oakley, Kan.
--Lee MONROE, Register
