The Oakley GRAPHIC, Oakley, Kansas; August 1, 1890 August 1, 1890

Land office at WaKeeney, Kan.,     No. 5680     July 22, 1890

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of her 
intention to make final proof in support of her claim and that said proo will 
be made before the probate judge of Logan county, Kan. at Russell Springs, Kan. 
on Sept. 2, 1890, viz:

Carrie PETERSON, widow of Hans P. PETERSON, deceased, homestead aplication No. 
8356 for the southwest quarter section 12, township 11 south, range 32 west. 

She names the following witnesses to prove her continuous residence upon and 
cultivation of said land, viz:

John J. SEARS, Robert W. SEARS, Jordan TINSLEY, Meredith ROBERTS, all of 
Oakley, Ks.
