SHERIFF'S SALE.

In the District Court of the Twenty-third Judicial District, sitting in and for 
the county of Logan, in the state of Kansas. 

F. E. DOERING, Plaintiff,
vs
Samuel A. DONALDSON, Defendant.

By virtue of an order of sale issued to me out of said district court in the 
above entitled action I will on Saturday, the 14th day of June, A. D. 1890, at 
2 o'clock P. M., of said day at the east front door of the court house in the 
city of Russell Springs, in the county of Logan, in the state of Kansas, offer 
at public sale and will to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand all the 
following described real estate, to wit:  Lots fifteen (15) and sixteen (16) in 
block thirteen (13) as numbered on the original plat of the town of Oakley, 
Logan county, or any interest the defendant may have in said property, lying 
and situated in the county of Logan, in the state of Kansas.  The above 
described real estate is taken as the property of said defendants and is 
directed by said order of sale to be sold and will be sold with appraisement to 
satisfy said order of sale.
