day of March A.D. 1874 at 2 o'clock pm and duly recorded in book M (not sure 
if its M) of derds on page 473 signed John E Evans, Register if deeds.

Lot number (3x)thirty frow in leinstitution street in the city of Emporin in 
said county accordingly the recorded plat of the same. including house 
fixtures and furnishings

I have no idea how to go about getting any information pertaining to this deed
and would appreciate any assistance. I believe this may be related to my great
