Maria Rasmussen

LINDSBORG -- Maria Linderholm RASMUSSEN died May 9, 1991, at Harborview 
Hospital, Seattle.  She was 87.

She was born Nov. 22, 1903, at Lindsborg, the daugther of Emil E. and 
Tabitha Maria TRAIN LINDERHOLM.  On April 14, 1938, she married R. 
Leonard RASMUSSEN.  He died Dec. 3, 1966.

A resident of Enumclaw, Wash., for four years, moving from Mountain 
Home, Ark., and formerly of Parsons and Lindsborg, whe was a retired 
elementary school teacher, having taught in McPherson County.

She was a charter member of Orchid Park Bible Baptist Church, Parsons, 
and attended Bethany Lutheran Church, Lindsborg, and White River Bible 
Missionary Church, Buckley, Wash.

Survivors are two sons, Don RASMUSSEN, Buckley, Wash., and Roy 
RASMUSSEN, Crawford, Tenn.; a daughter, Arlene FAMBROUGH, Yuma, Ariz.; 
two sisters, Emeline KEDING, Lindsborg, and Georgia MEIER, Parsons; 14 
grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Anderson-Hays Funeral Home, 
Lindsborg, with The Rev. John YOUNG presiding.  Friends may call from 2 
to 9 p.m. Thursday, and the family will receive friends from 7 to 8 
p.m. Thursday, both at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Elmwood 
Cemetery, Lindsborg.

Memorials are suggested to White River Bible Missionary Church, 28011 
131st Street East, Buckley, Wash., 98321.
