The Osawatomie Journal,Miami County, Friday,October 1, 1897 
 Cole: George Luther, son of Mr. and Mrs. A.M. COLE, Sunday, September 26,
cerebral abscess, aged 2 years, 3 months and 1 day. Funeral was held at 3 p.m.
the day following at the Christian church, Elder J.A. Smith, officiating.
