The Osawatomie Graphic, Miami County, Thursday, January 1, 1925
Death of Mr. Williams.
David R. WILLIAMS, a highly respected citizen of Osawatomie, residing on West
Main, died suddenly on Christmas morning at his home.
Within the past six months Mr. Williams had been completing his splendid new
modern home on West Main. He had been enjoying fairly good health and his death
came as a shock to friends.
The funeral was held at the residence on Friday and the body was shipped to
Emerson, Manitoba, Canada, for interment. Mr. Williams came from Canada to
Osawatomie something over a year ago. He was 71 years old, and was born in
Wales, England.
