The Osawatomie Graphic Miami County Thursday October 29, 1925
Gregg--Gooden.
Miss Laura GREGG and Johnny GOODEN, were united in marraige by the Rev. Omsead
of the Christian church of Ottawa at midnight Saturday, Oct. 24. The wedding
dinner was served at the home of Mr. and Mrs. E.M. Gooden Sunday.
The young couple left on their honeymoon Sunday evening. They will spend several
weeks in Los Angeles and along the Western coast.
Mrs. Gooden is the daughter of Mrs. Adelaide Gregg and has been employed as
clerk at the City Bakery for some time. Mr. Gooden is a son of Mr. and Mrs. E.M.
Gooden, also of this city anf formerly of Greely.
He is an employee of the Missouri Pacific shops in which capacity he has served
for several years.
The Graphic is glad of this opprotunity to express its sincere congratulations
and well wishes of this community to the happy couple.
