Chief of Police Walter TROUTMAN said this morning the 10 o'clock curfew for youngsters below 16 years of age, which was started Monday of this week, seems to be working satisfactorily and he added that his officers had found very few boys and girls loitering in the business district after hours. He also stated that youngsters who are under sixteen and who have jobs that keep them uptown after 10 o'clock need not worry as the officers are trying only to get rid of the loafers and not the employed.
