Judge Bouton yesterday issued marriage licenses to the following couples:

Charles E. TURNER, Coffeyville, 21, and Cecela A. KNOTTS, Coffeyville, 22.

John N. SHAW, Coffeyville, 28, and Myrtle A. MURRY, Coffeyville, 18.
