The Daily Reporter, Montgomery County, Saturday, June 29, 1895 June 29, 1895
County Attorney Ziegler made another raid on the joints yesterday, arresting
John Moseli, Andy Bowman and Wm. Lynn. Moseli and Bowman were taken before
Justice Matthews, plead not guilty and their cases were set for hearing July 8th
and 9th respectively, each giving a bond in the sum of $500 for appearance. Wm.
Lynn was taken before Justice Gilmore and he gave bond in the sum of $500 for
appearance July 10th. The raid had the effect of closing up the joints at least
for the present.
