The Evening Reporter, Montgomery County, Wednesday, February 1, 1888
Miss Maggie CASTLEMAN, a Scotch lady seventy-five or more years of age, died
yesterday afternoon at the residence of E. W. HIGGINS, in the Fourth ward, of
thypoid fever. The old lady had no relatives in this vicinity and has been
maintained for some time entirely by charity. The funeral took place this
afternoon, the expenses being paid by the Scott brothers, she being an old
acquaintance of the family.
