Annie M. Dunn Dies Saturday.
Funeral Tuesday Morning at St. Andrews Church.

Annie Margaret DUNN, 77, well known resident of this city for the past 26 years
and the widow of the late J.P. Dunn, passed away Saturday evening at 10:50 at
her home, 412 South Eleventh, a short time after having suffered a severe heart
attack.
Annie Margaret LAMER, was born in Ironton, Missouri, October 13, 1859. She was
united in marriage to J.P. Dunn in this state and to this union were born five
children. She was a member of the Womens Relief Corp and had been for a number
of years. She was also a member of the Pocahontas social club.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock form the St. Andrews
church with Rev. M.J. Casey in charge. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery under
the direction of the Potts Funeral Home. The body will lie in state at the Potts
chapel this evening.
Surviving are three sons; George C. Dunn of Chanute, Dan A. Dunn of this city
and Joseph P. Dunn of Sedalia, Missouri, and two daughters, Mrs. George KECK, of
this city and Mrs. Raymond FEISTER, of Kansas City. Eleven grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren, also survive.
Mrs. Dunn had made many friend in Independence and vicinity, who were greatly
grieved in hearing of her sudden death. She and her late husband were among the
city's most ardent boosters and before their deaths were still greatly
interested in everyday happenings.
