Filkins, about eleven years of age, died rather suddenly at four o'clock this morning. The boy had not been in good health for some time, but last eveing seemed to be feeling quite well. During the night he was taken with something like a congestive chill. The funeral will take place tomorrow at 2 p.m. form the famly residence in the Fourth ward, the services being conducted by Rev. C. R. Rice. The blow is a sudden and heavy one and the bereaved family will have the sympathy of th entire community in their heavy affliction.
