Mullens, 85, formerly of Route 4, who died Saturday in Coffeyville Memorial Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Ford-Wulf- Bruns Edgewood Chapel. She was a resident of Medicalodge West. Mrs. Mullens was born on October 15, 1895 in Dennis, to James and Effie Glenn. She married John Franklin Mullens on May 9, 1916, in Independence. Following their marriage the couple moved to Coffeyville. Mr. Mullens died in 1961. Survivors include three sons, LeRoy, of Route 4, Howard of 1511 W. 6th St., and Jerome of Conroe, Texas; two daughters, Opal McCay, Claremore, Oklahoma, and Genieva Miller, 1307 Dale St.; three sisters, Hazel and Bertha Folmer, both of Dennis, and Emma Barber, South Mound; 10 granchildren and 10 great- grandchildren. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
