Hall, Ness County Gen. Society. Cemetery is not currently active, but it is being cared for. Located in the corner of a field, 8 miles south and 1 mile west of Bazine, Highpoint Township, Ness County, Kansas. James G. Winchester and wife gave the land to the people of Highpoint Township for the purpose of a cemetery, filed for record on May 4th 1888. Description is as follows: A tract of land commencing on the SE corner of the SE1/4 Sec.2-T20S-R22W and then running along on the section line 28-1/2 rods West and thence running North 28- 1/2 rods, thence East 28-1/2 rods thence South 28-1/2 rods to the place of beginning containing 5 acres more or less.
