Cloude, Probate Judge The State of Kansas} In the Probate Court in and Osage County } for Said County IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF: Alexander Connors } Late of said County, Deceased} On this 16th day of January A. D. 1906, personally appeared before me, the undersigned a Notary Public who being by me duly sworn, according to law, doth upon his oath depose and say that Alexander Connors died on the 30th of November A. D. 1905, at Scranton in Osage County and State aforesaid; that to the best of his knowledge and belief, the names and places of residence of the heirs of the said deceased are as follows to wit: Patrick Connors, Burlingame, Henry Connors, Greenwood, Arkansas, Brothers. Susan Lavey, Burlingame, Jane McFarlane Burlingame, Sisters. Jane McFarlane died at Burlingame, Jan 1, 1906, leaving a husband, Peter McFarlane and two sons, Thomas McFarlane and John McFarlane......... an that said deceased died without a will as affiant verily believes. And He, furthe states that the said Alexander Connors died seized and possessed of real and personal estate consisting chiefly of a house and lots in the city of Scranton, with Insurance policy thereon in the sum of $200. Property destroyed by fire at the time of his death. All of his estate being estimated as worth about $250..... all of said estate being estimated to be worth about two hundred fifty 00/100 Dollars. Your petitioner would therefor respectfully pray that your honor will grant Letters of Administration to Hugh McFarlane.
