H. Burke, of Burlingame, has secured her pension of $12 a month as the dependent mother of Thomas Lavey who was killed in the Phillipine Islands. Mrs. Lavey has been trying to get a pension for some time and the news that it has been granted comes as an agreeable surprise. The Osage County Chronicle Thur Dec 7, 1905 pg 4 Mrs. Wm.
