Mrs. Robert Carter Dead.
Mrs. James HULSOPPLE received word Tuesday of the death of her sister-in-law,
Mrs. Robert CARTER, of Divernon, Illinois. 
Mrs. Carter has been in poor health for two years and seriously ill since January.
Mrs. Hulsopple will not be able to attend the funeral but spent several days
with Mr. and Mrs. Carter in August.
