Sarah E. PUNCHES was born at Melvern, Kansas, August 11th, 1889. And was married
to James JOLLY in 1906. To this union four children were born three daughters
and one son. After a long illness Mrs. Jolly peacefully passed away Sunday
afternoon March 4th, at the age of 38 years, 6 months and 22 days. She leaves to
mourn her loss her beloved husband and the four children; Mrs. Melissa ROWE,
Eva, Wilma and Earnest, one grand daughter, one sister, and three brothers; Mrs.
Mamie JUDD of Melvern, Kansas, John of Coffeyville, Edward of Nebraska and
Earnest of Scranton, and  a host of other relatives and friends. 
Funeral services were held at the Methodist church Tuesday afternoon conducted
by Rev. Jansson. Followed by interment in Scranton cemetery.
Mrs. Jolly has many friends in this community where she has lived so long who
are saddened by her death, and extend sincere sympathy to the bereaved family.
