"Tip" Rosetta Killed.
Albert "Tip" ROSETTA of Osage City was fatally shot at Melvern last Friday night
by Lester HOUSER who was deputized as a marshall during the picnic there.
Rosetta resisted arrest after he had been asked to leave town. The shooting took
place out side a dance hall.
Rosetta is survived by a wife and baby.
