James Rutter Dead.

James RUTTER, of Topeka, dropped on the street Sunday night. It is thought that
his death resulted from acute indigestion. Funeral services were held in Topeka
this morning followed by interment in the Carbondale cemetery.
Mr. Rutter is an uncle of John STEPHENS of this place.
