The Enterprise-Chronicle Osage County Thursday December 28, 1939
The marriage of Miss Mary McEWEN to Mr. Joe McFARLANE occured on Friday,
December 19th. Mrs. McFarlane's ome is in Mulberry, Kans., where she is employed
as a teacher in one of the schools there. Mr. McFarlane is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Hugh McFarlane of this city. He has been engaged recently in civil
engineering work in South Dakota. After spending Christmas with home folks, Mr.
and Mrs. McFarlane left Friday night and will resume their work again. The
hearty good wishes of many friends attend them.
