Strawn-Villemonte Marriage Announced.
A quiet wedding ceremony at the Presbyterian Manse at noon Tuesday, March 8th,
united in marriage Mrs. Florence STRAWN and William VILLEMONTE, both of Kansas
City, Missouri. Rev. E. C. WOLTERS read the marriage service.
Mr. VILLEMONTE is a former resident of Burlingame, the son of Frank G.
Villemonte. Although he has lived and worked in Kansas City for the past few
years he frequently made extended visits with his father in Burlingame to help
with his care and was here for many weeks of his last illness.
Mrs. Villemonte made her home in Kansas City and is a friend of the family of
many years standing. She was gowned in a complete traveling costume in tan with
accessories to match. The groom wore a brown business suit.
Mr. Villemonte and Mrs. Strawn motored down from Kansas City Tuesday morning to
be married by Rev. Wolters at the Manse, as they were enroute to Marshall,
Texas, where they will make their home. They left immediately after the ceremony
on their honeymoon trip to their new home.
