Gellerman Married Fifty Years. Another golden wedding day was observed in Burlingame yesterday when Mr. and Mrs. Herman GELLERMAN celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of their marriage. Fifty years ago in Kirchline, Germany on November 26, 1881, Bertha WINKELMANN, then 19 years of age became the bride of Herman GELLERMAN, 27. Five years later, in 1886, Mr. Gellerman came to America and almost directly to Burlingame and a short time thereafter was joined by his wife and their oldest child, a daughter then two years old. With the exception of a few months, Mr. and Mrs. Gellerman have been residents of Burlingame ever since, a period of 45 years. To them six children have been born, three of whom are living. Two are daughters, Mrs. Bertha FRITZ of St. Louis and Mrs. Mary JEHLING of Indianapolis, Indiana and a son, Ernest of Denver, Colorado.
