Nickerson ks Reno co, d. wichita, Mac was a retired TWA Customer Relations supervisor of 39 years. S/O Charles and Frona (Stephens) McDonald. His father was killed during World War I. Also preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Virginia. Mac was a veteran of World War II having served as a flying sergeant. He and six other airline people he served with originated Homestead Air Base in Florida. He was a member of the VFW, American Legion, and Masonic Lodge. Mac graduated from KU in 1940 with a BA, WSU in 1971 with a Masters Degree, and received a Doctrine of Fine Arts in metalsmithing from Sussex, England in 1977. He taught at WSU for 2<1/2>years, and Wichita Center For The Arts for 28 years. He worked with the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church Rosary Group and had made over 11,000 rosaries mostly for U.S. servicemen. ----- Reed, Donald W., b. 10 Jun 1910, d. 4 Feb 2003, h/o Margaret H. Banz Richert, Ruth Aileen, (Thomas), b. 1894, d. 1977 Schreiber, Melvin H., b. 9-24-1920, d. 8-8-2005 ----- b. Ransom ks Ness co, d. wichita, S/O John E. and Clara R. Mast Schreiber. He graduated from Ransom High School, attended Sterling College and Emporia State Teachers College, and graduated from Fort Hays State University in 1956. A longtime Nickerson resident, he was a schoolteacher for 37 years with the Ransom, South Hutchinson and Nickerson schools and also served as Mayor and City Councilman for Nickerson for 22 years. He belonged to Nickerson United Methodist Church, Nickerson, received the Kansas Teacher Award from Emporia State University, belonged to Nickerson Lions Club, Ransom American Legion, and the Retired Teachers Association. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Johnson; a grandson, Adrian Curry; a granddaughter, Kaelen Kasper; a great-granddaughter, Elisa Kasper; and a brother, Lester. ----- Smith, Maggie Lucille (Barnes), b. 1915, d. 1990 Smith, Philip, b. 1903, d. 1976 Stutzman, Naomi P., b. 2-17-1927, d. 11-16-2004 ----- b. Sylvia ks reno co, d. Hutchinson ks, D/O Clare Elmer and Elice Irene Ritcha Davisson. She had been a resident of Hutchinson most of her life and was a graduate of Plevna High School. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Hutchinson. On Sept. 9, 1946 she married Harold Fay Evans at Plevna. He died Sept. 12, 1984.
