              Sheriff's Sale
James K. O. Sherwood, Plaintiff
       vs.
Henry B. Buck,
Hannah E. Buck,
J. C. Kesterson and
S. D. Houston,      Defendants
   By  virtue of an order of sale issued by the
Clerk of the District Court of Republic County,
in the State of Kansas, and to me directed, I
will on the 28th day of August A. D., 1880, at
one o'clock p.m. of said day, sell to the 
highest bidder for cash in hand, without 
appraisement, at the south door of the Court
House in the City of Belleville, County and
State aforesaid, the following described real
estate to wit: The northeast quarter of section
twenty-one (21) in township three (3) south of
range three (3) west, situated in the county of
Republic in the State of Kansas, taken upon 
said order of sale as the property of Henry B.
Buck, Hannah E. Buck, J. C. Kesterson and S. D.
Houston, to satisfy a judgement obtained by
James K. O. Sherwood, on the 9th day of October,
A. D. 1870, and in accordance therewith.
Given under my hand, at my office in Belleville,
this twenty-seventh day of July A. D. 1880
