Miss Ruth Wells, aged 21 years, 5 months and 20 days, died at the home of her 
parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Wells, in this city, Jan. 17, 1893, of heart 
trouble.  
Miss Wells has been a great sufferer from this disease for the past seven years, 
but never thought it had reached a serious condition until lately. She went to 
Omaha in November to finish her musical education but, was taken sick and was 
brought home the last of December, but never left the bouse afterwards. 
Since the first of January she has been gradually failing until the morning of 
the 17th when she passed away. 
Miss Wells had a large circle of friends who will mourn her loss and extend to 
the bereaved parents their heartfelt sympathy. The funeral was held Wednesday 
and attended by a large number of sympathizing friends.
