                   Obituary
   Lizzie Houdek, was born in Lynn County, Iowa,
July 30th, 1868. Came to Kansas with her parents
and in 1885 was united in marriage to Charles
Wokal of Cifa, Kansas. To this union was born
two sons and one daughter. She was a living and
affectionate wife and mother, who bore the burden
of life cheerfully even in her severee afflictions.
The end came and her suffering was over Wednesday
evening Aug 30, 1911. A large crowd attended the 
funeral which was conducted at the home by Anton
Vanous. Interment was made at the Tudor Cemetery.
   She leaves a husband, two sons, one daughter,
eight brothers and six sisters and a host of
friends to mourn. 
   The bereaved ones have the sympathy of the
entire community.
