NELSON CAMPBELL, Plaintiff}

MARIA CAMPBELL, Defendant }
In the District Court of Republic County,
Kansas, October Term, 199-
   Maria Campbell, of parts unknown, you 
are hereby notified that you have been
sued in the District Court at Republic 
county, Kansas, the real nature and object
of said action being to obtaine a decree
of divorce against you on the grounds 
of abandonment and adultry, and to bar you
from alimony, and unless you answer the
plaintiff's petition filed in the clerk's
office of said court on or before September
twenty-third, 1880, plaintiff's petition
will be taken as true and judgement rendered
accordingly.
