Maquoketa Excelsior, Maquoketa, Iowa, April 9, 1914 

REV. S. F. MILLIKAN 

Rev. S. F. Millikan has accepted a call from the Congrgational Church of 
Wichita, Kansas. He also had a call from Geneseo, Illinois and the church in 
Emporia, Kansas, while regretting to lose him, finally consented to accept his 
resignation at the close of the war. 
(Rev. Millikan was the former pastor of the Congregational Church in 
Maquoketa, Iowa and father of Robert Millikan, Nobel Prize recipient)
