Mr. Bell had been a resident of Kansas for eighteen years, coming here from Pennsylvania, where he was born. For many years he lived in Pratt county, but three years ago he retired and came to Wichita to live at the home of his son, R. M. Bell, at 135 South Clarence avenue. His death was due to paralysis. At 3 o'clock yesterday the funeral was held from the home of the son. Burial was made in Maple Grove cemetery.
