           JOHN H. GARNETT PASSES AWAY
After a Twenty Years Residence in Wichita
   After a twenty-years residence in Wichita. John
H. Garnett died at his home, 702 Sough Emporia avenue,
Sunday. He was 68 years od, and during his life has
been esteemed by his friends, who join in mourning 
for him. Besides a wife, he leaves four boys, Bain,
Fred, George B. and W. W. Garnett.
   The funeral will be held this morning at 11 o'clock
from the Brown Memorial Reformed church. Rev. Bruce
Griffith will conduct the services. Interment will be
had in Highland cemetery.
