Fullerton [sic A.W. Tucker], Who Arrived Here in 1859, Dies in Kansas." "(Special Dispatch to The Times.)" [Denver, CO, 2Aug1899, P.2, C6] Central City, Colo., Aug. 2 – Mr. W.C. Fullerton yesterday received a telegram stating that A.W. Tucker, a former well known mill and mining man of Nevadaville, died at his residence in Derby, Kan., from Bright's disease. He leaves two daughters and a son. Mr. Tucker came to Colorado in 1859 and ran a sawmill in Gregory gulch just above where the present Turner hall stands. Up to his leaving here for Denver some years ago where he resided until he removed to Kansas."
