The petition states that they were married on September 17, 1892 in Sedgwick county, and that as a result of this union one child has been born to them, Merle, aged two months. She alleges that the defendant refused and neglected to provide any home for them to live in thereby compelling her to go to the home of her father. She says that recently the defendant sent her word to "come and get her things and take care of herself." The court issued an order instructing the defendant to pay to the plaintiff $4 per week as temporary alimony, during pendancy of the trial and $25 as attorney's fee. An order was also issued enjoining W. D. Crawford from paying over to the defendant that he may have for the defendant from the sale of the home known as 1765 Waco avenue. I. P. Campbell and Son are the attorney's for the plaintiff.
